From there, you may use the "Contact Seller" button to initially get in touch with the seller, which notifies them via email. An email address may also have been provided by the seller in their Store Policies. If not, you may email BohoVinta directly.
- For wrong items delivered, kindly send a return request within 2 days of receiving your order to email@example.com (otherwise specified by seller).
- Products damaged during transit and wrong item ordered would not be accommodated.
- Goods must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use/damage and shipping costs shall be shouldered by the buyer.
- The exchange solution may be in form of another item, store credit, or a full refund within 2 days of items reaching the seller.
Please note that requests not meeting the policies of BohoVinta and the seller may be denied.
