Payment & Shipping

Kindly note that payment collection and shipping calculation are NOT YET available/integrated at the checkout page. These are done through email correspondence, which is the Updated Invoice Email.

The Updated Invoice Email is sent within 48 hours upon receiving your order details. This official email will contain the following: shipping fee, courier option, payment details, and ready to ship date.

Payment Options

The following are currently accepted:
  • GCash
  • PayMaya
  • BPI Online Transfer
Since some of the items are made-to-order/ preorder, we currently do not offer Cash-on-Delivery.

Payments must be settled and a proof of payment must be sent within 48 hours after receiving the Updated Invoice Email.

Kindly allow 1 to 2 business days for us to confirm the payment. Once confirmed, we will begin processing your order: ship the items or start making them.

For made-to-order items, receipt of payment means a prompt to start creating the item which could take weeks. Please review the Ready to Ship Date per seller indicated on the Updated Invoice Email we sent you for this information.

Shipping Options

The shipping options vary per seller as they do the order fulfillment themselves.

This means that each product is shipped depending on the seller's location. You may view this information at the Seller Page, accessible from a product page.

Here are some examples of what sellers use: LBC, J&T Express, Gogo Xpress, and JRS Express.

Kindly note that our sellers come from all over the Philippines and may have chosen a specific courier based on what's reliable and available in their area.

The rates may start at an average of PHP 120 for nationwide orders, while delivery time may take 3 to 10 business days (after booking the delivery).

We hope for extra consideration in case of delays during the holidays and rainy season.

IMPORTANT: In case you ordered multiple items from multiple sellers, kindly expect your updated invoice to have multiple shipping fees added by EACH seller. The courier options and dates will also vary per seller.
