BohoVinta aims to bring together boho buyers, sellers, and general enthusiasts in the Philippines.
Through our website, we hope to offer a more convenient way of shopping and discovering boho products (and someday, services) by being that one go-to boho place, instead of hopping from one social media account to another, or one general website to another. All these while supporting small businesses and growing the local boho community.
As we are just starting out, we wish for your understanding and cooperation with our current buying and selling process.
1. How to find boho items for sale?
- From the Header of the website, click the Search icon (i.e. magnifying glass) and type a product name (e.g. earrings, pre-loved). Make sure to view all results always.
- From the Main Menu (on mobile, it is the three-lined button), click Shop and select a Shop Section (e.g. Fashion) or Category (e.g. Footwear).
- From the Homepage, you may browse from the Random Collections, by Shop Section, and from the Featured Collection.
- From the Footer of the website, click your Category of choice under the Shop Sections menu.
2. What buying processes can be done on the website?
While we do certain things manually for now, we sincerely hope for your understanding and cooperation. You could always reach out to us for any inquiries at email@example.com.
3. What items are available in the BohoVinta marketplace?
The Shop is currently categorized into five:
Fashion includes clothes, accessories, bags, footwear, activewear, swimwear, and other wearables (e.g. facemask).
Décor includes dreamcatchers, macramé, crochet, pots & planters, tapestry, dried plants, and other decors (e.g. wall pieces).
Homeware includes furniture, lamps & lights, storage & organizer, rugs & carpets, bed & bath, kitchenware, and other homeware.
Lifestyle includes yoga essentials, crystals & smudge kits, candle & incense, personal care items, wellness products, sporting goods, and gifts & souvenirs.
- Creatives Corner includes tools, materials, instruments, and output related to the following boho personalities: Crafter & Maker, Visual Artist, Music Artist, Literary Artist, Travel Junkie, Festival Fairy, and Party Planner.
IN PROGRESS: Kindly note that we are carefully filling up these categories with merchants and products. As such, you may see some pages as "Coming Soon." If you know suitable sellers, kindly refer them to us.
Boho services such as tarot card reading, reiki healing, meditation guide, art workshops, and the like would be welcomed someday. Know somebody who does any of the mentioned practices or similar? Kindly refer them to us, too.
4. Are the items sold on-hand or made-to-order/preorder?
Some items are on-hand, while some are made-to-order/preorder. Kindly read product details carefully for this information.

In case you ordered multiple items from multiple sellers, kindly expect your adjusted bill to have multiple shipping fees added by EACH seller.
You have another 48 hours to settle the total amount due and reply to the invoice email your proof of full payment. As BohoVinta receives this, your order will be tagged as Paid, prompting to seller to fulfill the order (ship out the items already or start creating them if it's made to order).
GOOD TO KNOW: Though some processes are done manually and/or outside the website, all emails you will receive are official notifications from the BohoVinta marketplace.

8. How does the order fulfillment work?
Once we receive the proof of payment (reply to Updated Invoice Email) and if the items are on-hand (as stated under Product Policy of every product), your order/s will be shipped already.
For made-to-order items, receipt of payment means a prompt to start creating the item which could take weeks. Kindly review the Ready to Ship Date per seller indicated on the Updated Invoice Email for this information.
Please know that sellers manually book the delivery of your orders but you will still get official email notifications about this.
If you ordered from different sellers, delivery dates of different items may vary.
9. What are the shipping options?
The shipping options vary per seller.
Kindly note that our sellers come from all over the Philippines and may have chosen a specific courier based on what's reliable and available in their area.
Reminder: In case you ordered multiple items from multiple sellers, kindly expect your updated invoice to have multiple shipping fees added by EACH seller. The courier options and dates will also vary per seller.
Here are some examples of what sellers use: LBC, J&T Express, Gogo Xpress, and JRS Express.
The rates may start at an average of PHP 120 for nationwide orders, while delivery time may take 3 to 10 business days (after booking the delivery).
We hope for extra consideration in case of delays during the holidays and rainy season.
10. Do you accept international orders?
We do not necessarily offer this at the moment as we do certain things manually, but we are very open to discussing.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the screenshot of your cart, containing items you wish to purchase, and we will see what we can do. Note that this will depend if the seller/s can accommodate the order/s.
11. Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Kindly review available stock of the product and duration to prepare each item. Some sellers also offer wholesale items with a minimum order quantity indicated.

12. How to request for a return/ refund/ exchange?
To be well-guided, please refer to their Store Policies, accessible from their Seller Page (viewable when you click the brand name at the Product Page).
From there, you may use the "Contact Seller" button to initially get in touch with the seller, which notifies sellers via email. An email address may also have been provided by the seller in their Store Policies.
